NGG 2020 Cancelled Due To Coronavirus
March 28, 2020
We regret to inform you that we have had to cancel NGG 2020 due to the coronavirus crisis. We are aware that some events are currently still hoping to go ahead in July and August, but unfortunately the landowners at Bradley Nook Farm are simply not prepared to host us.
In addition, we will also need to find a new site for NGG 2021, as the farm is being converted from livestock grazing to vegetable production. We will be looking for a site in the North of England, and will update you as soon as the new date and location have been confirmed.
All tickets for this year will of course be honoured for next year’s Gathering, and we will issue refunds to anyone who can’t make it. Please understand that NGG is a non-profit event with limited funds, so honouring tickets for next year is preferable to refunding if at all possible.
We will continue to keep you posted on plans for Northern Green Gathering 2021. Please keep an eye on our website and social media for up to date information.
This epidemic will prove a huge challenge to many festivals and small businesses, and we urge you to continue to support them. We are grateful that NGG has such a supportive community, and we hope you will all join us at our new site in the summer of 2021!
Look after yourselves and each other during these difficult times,
With love from the Northern Green Gathering directors
